Cookware Scenarios

OK, I took a quick trip to Publix today just to get some prices on some items. You have a lot of options depending on the things you need. The best way to keep your OOP low, is to use a $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon. Call the Publix you plan on shopping at and make sure they are taking them before you go. There's not a lot of items on sale this week. But it can be very easy to rack up $25. If your not sure what you have coupons for, look in the 9-26 PG insert. Proctor & Gamble only come out with inserts once or twice a month and this is the only place you can get coupons for their items beside their mailers. If you don't have any of their mailers yet, then go through your PG insert and see what you can do.

For instance, Tide is on sale this week for $5.99 and there is a $1/1 coupon in the 9-26 PG. The Tide Stain Release tabs are $6.99 but there is $3/1 in the same insert. You could buy 2 Tide detergents and 2 Tide Stain Release tabs for a total of $25.96 (before tax). After using the $5/$25 Rite Aid and 2 $3/1 Tide Stain Release and 2 $1/1 Tide your total would only be $12.96 (before tax).

If you need any polish spray, now is a good time to get it. The Swiffer Dust & Shine is priced right now $3.79. Use the B1G1 and $.50/1 coupons from the 9-26 PG. You could buy 4 of the Swiffer Dust & Shine, 1 Tide Stain Release and 1 Downy liquid fabric softner (smaller bottle priced at $3.19). You total would be $25.34. Using the $5/$25, 2 B1G1 Swiffer Dust & Shine, 2 $.50/1 (will double) Swiffer Dust & Shine (you should be able to do this since the B1G1 coupon attaches to the free item), 1 $3/1 Tide Stain Release, and 1 $1/1 Downy. Your total now would be $6.76!

Maybe that can help you get started. The key is to try and get items with the highest value coupon available to lower your total.

Remember, you have until 10-17 to do this. And you have to purchase it all in one transaction. The coupons from the 9-26 PG do not expire until 10-31. I may wait until Monday when the sneak peak in available to see if anything else goes on sale.

More Publix coupons

More Publix coupons are available today HERE. I would be more excited if I could stack! But, these are still good coupons and they go quick! Last week I forgot to print them and checked that night and they were gone! Print while you can!

I am so glad I got this form because I did not realize that all of these products were included! I haven't had a chance to do this yet because its been so crazy getting my car fixed. I'm going to price check several things today if I have time. With so many options it should be pretty easy to rack up on items with coupons. However, there isn't a lot on sale this week for this so I may wait until Monday to see if anything will go on sale.

Also, the form says it will take 8-10 weeks to receive the cookware set. Not that bad really! Some people commented and said they received their's within just a few weeks. You will need to circle all the eligible products and mail the original receipt to:

Another $5/$25 Toys R Us coupon! *Fixed link

There is another $5/$25 Toys R Us coupon HERE that does not expire until 10/3! Woohoo! Just in time for those Halloween costumes. There are a lot of things on sale this week. You can also go HERE for coupons on various Hasbro items. If your child is into Iron Man, they have several coupons that you can use and when you pair that with the $5/$25, you've got a pretty good deal!

I also received an email yesterday with even more Toys R Us coupons including 30% off Halloween costumes. Those start out at $20 and I wanted to get my little girl the Sleeping Beauty costume with the wand, crown, and shoes. Now I should be able to get all of it for around $25. The catch is, those coupons are only valid for TODAY and TOMORROW. I'm gonna have to leave that outfit at work or I'll end up giving it to her! Go HERE for those coupons. They are a pdf file so you'll be able to print more than one if your like me and have more than one costume to buy. Be sure to give the $5/$25 first.
