$400 worth of groceries for $110!!

I'm sorry I've been a little MIA lately but my husband had surgery this past weekend and things have been a little crazy! But I finally got to go to Publix for my big trip. I had a HUGE stack of coupons and I never do trips this big because its hard to keep up with everything and then if they are out of something, having to go through all those coupons to pull the ones I won't be using. However, I just wanted to get everything so I wouldn't have to make several trips. I had to put the coupons in a plastic bag because there were so many! Anyway, here a picture of everything and trust me, it does not do it justice! And considering my husband can't lift anything, I had so much fun finding somewhere to put all this!! *Which by the way, ended with me just putting stuff anywhere there was an empty spot!

Wishbone Dressing $.50/1 printable coupon! Free dressing!

See full size image

I signed up for the Wishbone Newsletter about 2 months ago and I got another newsletter today that had the $.50/1 coupon. Go HERE to get it. You will need to enter your email address and everything even if you've already signed up. However, if you got this same email recently and printed it from one computer but not from a different computer, you will need to use a different email address. I printed this coupon from work using the email address the newsletter was sent to and then I tried to print it from my laptop at home using the same email address and it said I already printed it. I pulled it back up and used a different email address and it printed just fine from my laptop. You can print 2 per computer! Combine this with the $.75/1 Target coupon and the dressing is free!!

Sunbelt B1G1 coupon

Go HERE and Like Sunbelt on Facebook to print a B1G1 Sunbelt Granola bars, Fruit & Grain bars or Fruit Jammers. This expires 11-30. I have also seen several boxes in Publix and Winn Dixie with $.55/1 peelies. You can use both of these to score 2 boxes for around $1.45! These are usually priced 2/$4 at Publix and Winn Dixie.

$5/$50 printable coupon for Publix!!

Woohoo!! One of Michelle's great readers from iheartpublix found a $5/$50 coupon from Publix in their weekly ad online!! This is good through next Tuesday. Just go to HERE to view the weekly ad and make sure the zip code is 33014.  Click on "click to browse" (if the ad didn't come up) and then in the right hand corner where it says "Views" click on the second one to view it like a book. The coupon will be on pages 10-11 on the bottom of page 11. Just click on it and print!!

Extra Inserts

Needing more coupon inserts from the Sunday paper? I know I always do! In the area I am in, none of the stores around me have papers with the inserts. Its so aggravating because I don't go to town on Sundays. And I'm not going all the way to town to buy a paper. I live too far away for that. So, a friend of mine had told me before that she goes to Tuscaloosa News and gets some on Mondays. I just haven't taken advantage of that, until now. When I noticed that the Tuscaloosa area was lucky enough to get a B1G1 Ziploc container coupon (that I haven't found on any of the clipping sites)  and the $1/1 Nabisco cracker (can we say 2 FREE packages this week with stacking, woohoo!) and many other high value coupons, I decided I better get some coupons! I usually just order coupons from MyCouponHunter or CouponsThingsbyDeDe but neither one of them had the B1G1 Ziploc coupon and CouponsThingsbyDeDe was already out of the $1/1 Nabisco! So I called Tuscaloosa News and talked to Vicky. She is very nice and says that she has several "coupon girls" (as she calls them!) that come and buy papers every week. And when you buy 2 papers, you get one free from the previous week! Considering how great the coupons are from Sunday, getting one free next week will be great. I picked up 5 papers from this week, and got 2 free from 11-7 for $7.50! Not bad considering with all those coupons, I know I'll save 3 times that!

New $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon!

Woohoo! Maven of Savin found a $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon! Rite Aid recently did away with the $5/$25 and replaced it with $4/$20. But its back on Redplum! You can use this at either Rite Aid or Publix if they accept as a competitor. Go HERE to print 2!

Family Dollar Competitor coupons!

There are LOTS of competitor coupons available on Familydollar.com. I would go ahead and print these because they may disappear. There are coupons for Heinz Ketchup, Keebler club crackers, Hunts spagetti sauce, Kraft Stove Top stuffing, Jif peanut butter, and plenty more! Stack these with Manufacturer coupons and you've got a great deal!

$10 off coupon for Jim Carrey's A Christmas Carol! + Rebates!

If you did not see this is theaters, you need to get it! We went and saw and I loved it! I can't wait to get it so the kids can see it too (yeah me and my husband went alone, it was a date!). And what better way to get it than with a coupon! I love it when coupons come out for movies.  Go HERE to print a $10 off A Christmas Carol Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack. We plan on getting a Blu-Ray dvd player soon anyway and I love the combo packs. Its nice having a dvd for the kids room, one for the Blu-Ray player and a digital copy for the computer.

A Christmas Carol will be released Nov. 16th. And more than likely it will be $24.99 for the first week. So if you plan on buying it, you may want to do it then! I'll let you know what deals will be available for it next week.

Also, you can get money back on this as well!

There is a $10 rebate when you buy A Christmas Carol Blu-Ray combo or The Search for Santa Paws Blu-Ray combo and a fresh or frozen Butterball Turkey. There is also a $1/1 Butterball turkey coupon there that you can use too!

There is a $5 rebate when you buy A Christmas Carol Blu-Ray combo or The Search for Santa Paws Blu-Ray combo and any two participating Kernal Seasons products.

Thanks Maven of Savin!

Facebook coupons

Here are a few more Facebook coupons in case you've missed them. Just 'like' them and print!

$10 Rebate for Turkey!

Just wanted to post this in case you missed it on iheartpublix. I did find these rebates at the Publix in Northport. I was located in the back by the meat area on a cardboard display on top of some Coors Light. It states no alcohol purchase required! Just buy a turkey (not brand specific either) and send in the original rebate form and you can get up to $10 back! Turkey is extremely cheap this week at Publix for $.59 cents a pound. A $5 turkey sounds good to me and money back is even better!

Cheapest way to buy diapers *As low as $5.50 this week!

As pretty much all of us know, diapers can be the most expensive thing in our budget. You have to have them and lets be honest, the off-brands are not that great and really not that much cheaper anyway. So, in case you are paying full price for diapers (yikes!) I am going to show you an easy way to pay $13 or less for 2 packages of Huggies or Pampers. I am really a fan of both but Huggies is cheaper because there are always coupons available for them whereas Pampers (since it is a P&G product and they only mail you coupons or include them in inserts usually once a month) coupons are usually only for $1/1 or maybe $1.50/1.

I still purchase pull-ups for my little girl. I primarily buy them from Rite Aid. To me, Rite Aid is almost always the cheapest. The reason is, Rite Aid always has either Huggies or Pampers (or sometimes both) priced at $8.99 and sometimes you even get UP rewards (that is a great week when they do that!). You will need to get a Rite Aid Wellness card if you don't have one. Its like Winn Dixie's. You have to have the card to get the price. If you don't have one you can get one from any store, just ask the cashier. Also, Rite Aid sometimes has store coupons for Huggies that you can stack with Manufacturer coupons. You can pair that with their $4/20 coupon you get from watching video values. The only thing is you can only use the $4/20 once a month.

Keep an eye on Walgreens and CVS as well. Sometimes they run them on sale and you can get either Register Rewards back (Walgreens) or Extra Care Bucks (CVS). Sometimes, CVS will run the big pack of Pampers diapers for $19.99 and you get a $10 ECB back. That is a great deal!

Rite Aid usually has a Huggies coupon for $2 off diapers/pull-ups in their video values. This is a store coupon and can be stacked with a Manufacturer coupon. However, this month there's not one. There was one last month. You can only have 1 coupon per product with the video values. But, if there was a coupon from a previous month and one for the current month, you can use both of those on 2 products. Say there was a video value coupon for $2 off Huggies in the month of October and another $2 off Huggies coupon in the month of November (the video value coupons don't expire until the end of the next month ie Oct's coupons will expire Nov 27). You would be able to use both of those and Manufacturer coupons. If you could use this scenario, here is what your transaction would look like:

Buy:
-2 Huggies diapers or pull ups (we'll say they are $8.99 each)
-a filler item (look in the current ad and find an item you have a coupon to keep your total down)
Total: $20.98 (say the filler item was $3 to bring your total to at least $20)

Use:
-1 $4/20
-2 $2/1 Huggies Rite Aid video value coupon
-2 $2.50/1 Huggies diapers
-1 $1/1 (assuming you have a coupon for the filler item)

Your total now would be $6.98! *Pretax. This will vary depending on the sale and the coupons available but it gives you an idea. You shouldn't be paying any more than $6 for a pack of diapers (depending on coupons available and sales).

Now, if you plan on buying diapers this week, I highly suggest you go to Walgreens. Right now through Saturday, Huggies (diapers and pull ups) are on sale for $7.99. You will be able to get a pack for as low as $5.50 depending on which coupon you use.

Here are the Huggies coupons:

Another $.40/1 Country Crock butter coupon

OK, sorry this is so late guys. I just happened to come across this. If you are going to Publix today (I have to and I'm sure they will be out so I'll have to get a rain check) there is another $.40/1 Country Crock coupon HERE. This is different from the coupon that was posted on iheartpublix. It makes the butter only $.30 for both!

Great deal on Kleenex

Right now through Saturday at Walgreens, you can get 6 boxes of Kleenex tissues for a little over $5 out of pocket and get back $3 in Register Rewards. With the cold coming in, I'll need to keep these around! And as usual, when I have Register Rewards from Walgreens, I sometimes just turn around and grab something I know I need like bread or milk since I don't always shop there each week and their RR expire within a week.

Go HERE to Wild for Wags for this deal!

Olay Body wash & Secret deodorant deal at Dollar General

I finally went to Dollar General and decided to use the Buy any Secret get $5 off any Olay body wash from the P&G 10-31 insert. I needed to get dog food as well so I grabbed a bag of Pedigree which I also had a $2/1 coupon for of course!

I got the Olay body wash that was priced at $3.75 and Secret deodorant for $1.50 (there are also trial sizes for $1). My total was $16 before coupons and only $9 after! I had the $.75/1 Secret coupon too. The $5 off coupon automatically takes off $5 when the coupon is scanned. There is a $3 Olay body wash so if you got that and the trial Secret, it would be free! Just buy something else that is over $1. If you buy the $3 Olay and $1 Secret, you'll still have a $1 left over from the coupon that will need to go to something so you won't run  into any problems.

I am ordering more of these coupons this week so I can stock up! These coupons will expire 11/30 if you plan on ordering more coupons as well.

Welch's Essentials juice only $.12 at Publix!!

If you guys were able to grab the $1/1 printable that was available earlier in the week, you can score this juice for only $.12 at Publix! I believe this coupon was also included in the Tuscaloosa News inserts. You can stack that coupon with the $.50/1 Welch's juice or jelly Dollar General coupon HERE.

Sorry I didn't post this earlier! I've gotten behind since I was sick!

Throw out expired coupons: June, July, August

I found a blogger who posts each month which coupons to throw out. My binder is seriously OVERFLOWING! I really need to get out the ones that have expired but I don't have time to skim through all my inserts. Now, I don't have to!

Go HERE to the Carolina Housewife to see what coupons or inserts you can get rid of.

Home Depot $3 coupon for bringing in old Christmas lights!!

Sorry I've been MIA today. I've got Strep throat and I've felt like crap! I feel better now but my hips sure hurt from those shots! I'll have more posts up tomorrow and I'll work on the Rebate as well to get everything up to date.

Right now through Nov 14th, you can take your old Christmas lights to Home Depot and get a $3 coupon for LED lights! You can get up to 5 coupons. I looked at prices online and they seem to start at $9.99. I'm not sure of the restrictions yet. I'll let you know when I find out. We definately need some LED lights. I've always hated the other kind because when one light goes out, they all do and I refuse to look through them to find which one is broken!

You can go to HomeDepot.com to get more information.

Thanks I Heart Saving Money!

FREE floss at Dollar General + FREE Olay body wash & deodorant

If you haven't already printed the $1/1 Reach floss from coupons.com do so! It has reset for me so you might can get more! This makes them FREE at Dollar General!

Also, in the PG 10/31 insert there was a coupon for Buy one Secret, Get $5 off any one Olay bar, body wash, in shower body lotion or hand & body lotion. Luckily, there are no size restrictions!!

I will caution you though. Dollar General can sometimes not be so coupon friendly and then sometimes they can be. It just depends on your store. I have gone in there before and bought 10 Gain dish detergent with the $1/1 and got them all for free and only paid tax. However, with this coupon, it will create overage. I suggest that you buy a few other items you might need or want. I'm sure that Dollar General would not give you cash back!

If you receive the P&G coupon mailers, you'll have a $.75/1 any Secret deodorant that is in the P&G Because of You and there is a $1/1 any Secret deodorant in the P&G What Matters Most mailer. (If you  haven't signed up for these, go HERE to do so! They send you free samples and coupon books!) You can use the Secret coupon along with the $5 off coupon. If the cashier says anything, just explain that the coupon is $5 off of the Olay product ONLY and so you can use a coupon on the Secret item.

Secret deodorant is priced from $1-$1.50
Olay body wash from $3-$4.

Your total will depend on which ones you buy. If you buy the cheaper ones, obviously it will create overage. The cashier may adjust it down or it may not create a problem if you have a few other items to soak up the extra $2 (or more if you have the Secret coupons). If you buy the higher priced items, it will not create any overage.

*I will be doing this deal tomorrow at my store. I'll let you know how it turns out!

Thanks Sarah's Deals!

Target toy coupons!!!

All I can say is WOW! If you haven't been to the Target website for coupons, you need to!! There are so many new ones its hard to keep up! If you haven't heard, the Target toy book that came out today. I haven't checked at the store here yet so I have no idea if we have it. Plus I'm hearing some will be receiving them in the mail but, who knows. Its not really the prices we are interested in, but the coupons!! I'm excited because there are a few things they have coupons for that I was planning on buying for Christmas anyway. Go HERE to Totally Target to look at the complete list of the coupons included. Target has also loaded these coupons on their website! Go HERE if you want to print them or you can wait to see if booklet is available in the store soon. These are good through 11/24!

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case you haven't seen this deal. This week at Publix, Toy Story 3 is on sale for $14.99 and in the Green Advantage Flyer (you may have to go to the customer service desk and request one) there is a $5/1 movie $12.99 or higher! So you can get it for $9.99!

Sorry, I didn't even know I was annoying

Just wanted to share with you guys this post from A Few Short Cuts. Sometimes, if you've had a bad experience with couponing, you may be hesitant the next time you shop. There are people out there who don't like being behind us in line once they see us hand over our stack of coupons. I usually try to split my trips into two separate ones so I don't have so many coupons at once, but it doesn't always work out that way.

Coupons are now just a way of life for me. I wish I would have known this years ago and I would have saved us so much money. With Christmas and Thanksgiving so close, the money that I would normally be spending on groceries, is going towards my kids and my family to have a good Christmas. Just think, if you weren't couponing, how much would your Thanksgiving dinner cost? We do most of the cooking and we buy the Turkey and ham every year and I usually would set aside at least $200 the week before Thanksgiving just for that one dinner!! Not this year! So even if people other people are impatient or rude, my family is going to have a great Christmas and Thanksgiving because I was willing to clip a few coupons! :)

Anyway, I just thought you guys might want to read this quick story that gives you a few tips when using a lot of coupons. Go HERE to check it out.

Pampers Gifts to Grow codes = FREE items (even if you don't buy Pampers)

I just started doing the Pampers Gifts to Grow. I'm all the time seeing codes for points and I've just relayed them to a friend of mine who collects them. Well, I got to looking at what you could redeem the points for and I figured, why not? All I do is enter a few codes, save them up, and get a free product! For example, you can get a $20 gift card to Sam's for 2000 points. Not bad really! I don't buy Pampers near as much as I do Huggies because honestly, Huggies really gives out great coupons!

I went back and found all these codes that are still valid. I will post whenever a new one comes available so you can add it. I did this yesterday and in just a few minutes I had accumulated 435 points!

If you are a new member, there is great reason to start now through the end of the month. You will get 100 points just for signing up! Just enter this code 453983270233478 after you sign up!

Go HERE to join and then copy and paste the codes!

Drugstore Deals: Lots of items very cheap!!

Its a pretty good week at CVS, considering that Purex 3-in-1 sheets (which I love!) are B1G1 and there are $3/1 coupons. I ordered some last week and they just came in today, ya! I found a new blog strictly for CVS deals. Go HERE to Simply CVS to check out the deals she has posted for this week including $.49 for Olay body wash and Secret deodorant. If you are new to CVS, check out her post HERE to get started. I love shopping at CVS when they have good deals. Once you learn how to use your ECB's from one transaction to the next and keep your out of pocket money less than $5, you'll love it too!

I also love Rite Aid. They usually do a lot of deals on diapers and pull ups. Plus, they have a $4/$20 coupon and various other store coupons you can stack with manufacturer coupons. There's not a lot of great deals this week, just depends on what you need. Go HERE to Maven of Savin to see the matchups. If you are new to Rite Aid, jump on board! (or at least use their video values as competitor coupons at Publix) Rite Aid also has what they call Single Check Rebates. I've done these before and received my money back pretty quick. Its like their UP rewards except you enter your receipt online and receive a check in the mail. It may sound aggravating but it really just takes 2 minutes to enter the numbers. You can save up throughout the month and then request your check. I've gotten a $10 gift card before. If you planned on getting the items anyway, might as well get paid for it! You can get more information on it HERE.

Walgreens has some really great deals this week for P&G products. I like Walgreens but it can be really confusing and sometimes they are not so coupon friendly. I usually only go in there for a few things if they are pretty cheap. Their RR expire within a week, much unlike Rite Aid and CVS. Sometimes I'll turn around and use them so they don't expire. Wild for Wags is great at helping with Walgreens. Go HERE for this week's matchups. If you are new to Walgreens, I highly suggest you check out Wild for Wags FAQ HERE.

Winn Dixie Ad 11/3 - 11/9

Go HERE for a sneak peek at this week's Winn Dixie ad. Not an exciting week to me compared to Publix. But there might be a few things you need.

Lots of great deals this week + 99 new Target coupons!

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up, there are lots of great deals this week at Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS. CVS especially!! It will probably be later on in the week before I can make it there but I am super excited. I'm sorting through a lot of new things that are coming up as well. I am super busy right now with it being Monday and the 1st of the month. But you do need to go to Target.com and print out their coupons!! There are soo many of them that are store coupons. I thought my printer was never going to stop printing! I especially like the 20% off any individual holiday ornament. You'll want to print these as soon as possible. You never know when Target will pull their coupons and I'm sure these won't last long.
